Growth4u Capital provides business financing solutions including but not limited to working capital loans, lines of credit, equipment financing, SBA loans, commercial real estate financing, and invoice financing. We also offer educational resources through the Growth4U2 Academy.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
- You must be a legally registered business entity or sole proprietor operating in the United States.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during the application process.
4. Application & Approval
- Submitting an application does not guarantee approval for financing.
- We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion.
- All information provided in your application must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information may result in immediate disqualification and potential legal action.
5. User Responsibilities
- You agree to use our services only for lawful business purposes.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
- You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. SMS / MMS Communications
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS/MMS communications from Growth4u Capital regarding your application, account updates, and promotional offers. You may opt-out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. Reply "HELP" for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
7. Bank Statement Submission & Verification
When you submit bank statements as part of your application, the following terms apply:
- You affirm that all submitted bank statements are authentic, unaltered documents obtained directly from your financial institution.
- You authorize Growth4U Capital and its lending partners to verify the authenticity of submitted statements directly with your financial institution.
- All uploaded statements will be watermarked with a unique verification reference upon submission for fraud prevention and audit trail purposes.
- Falsifying, altering, or submitting fraudulent bank statements is a violation of federal law (18 U.S.C. § 1014) and may result in immediate application denial and referral to law enforcement.
- Bank statements are transmitted using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption and stored securely. They are shared only with verified lending partners for financing evaluation.
- Growth4U Capital reserves the right to reject any document showing signs of tampering or inconsistency.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and educational materials, is the property of Growth4u Capital and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growth4u Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
